Rental Application

Please read the first page completely before filling out application - Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

A separate application is required for each individual 18 years or older intending to live in the unit. There is a $35.00 processing fee per application (Cash or Check Only). Completed applications along with Photo ID, Proof of Income & processing fee can be brought into our office at 2333 Main St., Baker City, OR  Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. If applications are mailed the application fee must be received before they can be processed.
